About the Role

Xe is seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and optimizing our digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize digital products.
  • Take ownership of the P&L management of our B2B and B2C web product, encompassing all transactions, regardless of client scale.
  • Proactively challenge and assess product features, compliance requirements, payment methods alternatives, and other critical aspects against industry leaders.
  • Work closely with Regional leaders to ensure growth strategies are aligned with local capabilities and market conditions.
  • Take a holistic approach to improving activation and retention of both existing and new users.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team, leveraging insights from revenue data to inform prioritization of feature development.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in product, growth, business operations, consulting, or finance.
  • Great if you have experience at a fast-paced startup.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A Growth mentality with structured problem-solving skills.
  • Expert in data manipulation - sorting, searching, filtering, aggregating, enriching, and joining.
  • Fluent with Amplitude.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves.
  • Taking the initiative is second nature to you.
  • Bias to speed.
