Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist the Head Chef in orchestrating meal preparation, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing kitchen personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of menu items
  • Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and develop new dishes
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar culinary role
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
