We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee our kitchen operations and guide our culinary staff in providing outstanding food services. Your role will involve managing food preparation, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and portion meals according to established recipes.
  • Ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen personnel in all facets of food service.
  • Supervise all aspects of food preparation processes.
  • Maintain food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines as per menu specifications.
  • Complete necessary documentation to uphold food and service standards.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
  • Follow designated break schedules; flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Serve Safe Certification is required.
  • Prior experience in culinary or food service roles.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to navigate all areas of the kitchen.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to work in various kitchen temperature conditions.
