Job Description
Tellus Civic Science Corporation is a leading provider of science, engineering, research, planning, and consulting services focused on resource conservation and restoration, carbon reduction, and sustainability. We are seeking a Community Resilience Manager to provide technical assistance to grant recipients in the region. The ideal candidate will have experience in assessing partners' needs, engaging with communities, and designing collaborative meetings. They will also be responsible for facilitating peer-to-peer sharing using co-development best practices, supporting national peer-to-peer sharing events, and developing communication materials around the CRRC projects' work. Additionally, they will connect partners in the region to enhance the efforts of the collaborative and assist with strategic and organizational planning.

Responsibilities
* Assess partners' needs and engage with communities
* Design and facilitate collaborative meetings using co-development best practices
* Support national peer-to-peer sharing events
* Develop communication materials around the CRRC projects' work

Qualifications
* Master's degree and 2 years of experience or Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience
* Strong cultural competency, including experience supporting Alaska Native communities and tribes, and rural communities
* Experience applying for or managing federal grants
* Ability to coordinate with regional staff and networks

Estimated Salary
$90,000-$110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
