Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our team in Missoula, MT. This part-time role is responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of our company facilities and contributing to a positive and engaging work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Missoula Office facility to maintain a professional and comfortable environment for all employees.
  • Coordinate office supplies, snacks, and beverages, and ensure the kitchen remains stocked.
  • Send DoorDash vouchers to in-office staff weekly and coordinate a catered team lunch once a month.
  • Coordinate a company happy hour once a month and assist with events, including lunch ordering and workspace setup.
  • Run point on maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, deliveries, and equipment.
  • Manage contracts and communications with office vendors, service providers, and building maintenance.
  • Provide support on various tasks and projects as assigned by People Operations leaders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in related roles preferred.
  • Valid Montana driver's license and car available for running office-related errands.
  • Physical ability to lift large packages and assemble/disassemble items of varying sizes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a strong customer service mindset is preferred.
  • Proven ability to field, prioritize, and follow through with multiple requests at once.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
