Service Lead Role

We're looking for a Service Lead to join our team at Stonestown Galleria in San Francisco, CA. As a Service Lead, you'll be a keyholder and member of our leadership team, responsible for driving store-level financial and operational results. You'll work closely with our Store Manager to achieve store targets, lead by example, and ensure every guest has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor store KPIs and take action to achieve targets
  • Lead team members in guest engagement, sampling, and product knowledge
  • Maximize team performance through education, coaching, and selling skills
  • Assist with training, developing, and motivating team members
  • Support Store Manager with paperwork, ordering, and inventory management
  • Maintain visual and merchandising standards and ensure store cleanliness
  • Enforce policies, procedures, and operational directives
