Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Unified Communications Services team. As a key member of our Infrastructure Services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective integration and operation of our IT Digital Workplace Unified Communications Services.

This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of unified communications engineering design, implementation, and maintenance for large organizations. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that meet the diverse needs of our faculty, clinicians, staff, and students.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Zoom Digital Workplace Services and integrations, as well as expert-level knowledge of practices and techniques of the voice, video, and data field. You will be responsible for motivating and inspiring staff to improve the industry alliance program, modeling strong customer service skills, and communicating work assignments to medium-sized teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of unified communications strategies that meet the diverse needs of our faculty, clinicians, staff, and students.
  • Ensure the effective integration and operation of our IT Digital Workplace Unified Communications Services.
  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of practices and techniques of the voice, video, and data field.
  • Motivate and inspire staff to improve the industry alliance program.
  • Model strong customer service skills and communicate work assignments to medium-sized teams.
  • Make decisions with integrity and take responsibility for the outcomes of those decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience working in digital workplace communications, network services, information technology, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in unified communications engineering design, implementation, and maintenance for large organizations.
  • Expert-level knowledge of practices and techniques of the voice, video, and data field.
  • Motivates and inspires staff to improve the industry alliance program.
  • Models strong customer service skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
