- 7-10+ years of experience in collaboration services, network services, information technology, or related field
- Expertise in digital collaboration engineering design, implementation, and maintenance for large organizations
- Extensive experience with industry-standard digital collaboration technologies and protocols
- Advanced knowledge of network systems, network protocols, and topologies
- Expert leadership and management skills, including abilities in persuasion, negotiation, change management, and mentorship
- Advanced project management skills with demonstrated experience delegating responsibility, tracking project progress, and leading others
