Job Title: Front Desk Office Manager

At Energy4LifeCenters, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Experience: Ensure the front desk team provides exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing accurate information about services and programs.
  • Patient Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of patient appointments, including consultations, treatments, and follow-ups. Manage the use of scheduling software to ensure accurate and efficient booking.
  • Team Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor front desk staff, ensuring they adhere to customer service and scheduling protocols.
  • Basic Office Management Duties: Oversee general office operations, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and maintaining office equipment.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or hospitality is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or office management role, preferably in a wellness, healthcare, or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with proficiency in scheduling software and office management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
