Trove Brands is seeking a highly skilled Affiliate & Ambassador Specialist to join our Content & Community team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing programs to promote brand awareness and drive sales through partnerships with brand ambassadors and affiliates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Management: Design and execute ambassador and affiliate programs to meet marketing and sales objectives.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify and recruit potential ambassadors and affiliates who align with the brands values and target audience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with ambassadors and affiliates to foster loyalty and long-term collaboration.
  • Content and Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and distribute promotional content and materials for ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of ambassador and affiliate programs using relevant metrics and KPIs.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all ambassadors and affiliate activities comply with brand, legal, and ethical standards.
Requirements
  • Proven 3-6 years of work experience as an Affiliate or Ambassador Specialist and/or Manager, Influencer Specialist, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a deep understanding of social media language, trends, and culture.
  • Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools such as, but not limited to, Roster (formerly Wooley), GRIN, Refersion, and more.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights for strategic decision-making.
