We are looking for enthusiastic Inside Solar Sales Representatives to enhance our sales team. The perfect candidate will possess a strong sales acumen, outstanding communication abilities, and a proven track record of surpassing sales targets. Familiarity with residential solar solutions and prior sales experience in this field is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through scheduled appointments and successfully finalize sales. Our representatives will handle 4 to 6 prearranged appointments daily.
  • Employ effective sales strategies and emphasize the benefits of transitioning residential customers from conventional energy sources to solar power.
  • Interact with clients through various communication channels including phone, video conferencing, email, and digital platforms.
  • Foster customer relationships and provide ongoing support post-sale, while also encouraging referrals.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to monitor sales activities and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in sales, particularly in phone-based sales and solar products.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is beneficial, though not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in solar sales, whether through phone or door-to-door methods, is a plus.

$150,000.00 - $350,000.00 annually
