Job Summary:

The Customer Service Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our patients and families. This role requires a strong focus on building relationships, providing personalized support, and continuously improving our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients and families to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients and families to ensure a positive experience
• Provide individualized support and assistance to patients and families
• Identify opportunities to improve our services and implement changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
• Ensure all rooms and supplies are prepared for new admissions
• Respond to survey concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and can-do attitude in all interactions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office Word and Excel
