POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Human Resources Executive will play a pivotal role as part of the senior management team, responsible for evaluating, planning, directing, and executing all HR-related initiatives across various manufacturing locations, with a focus on the US and oversight for international operations.

This role encompasses management of payroll, employee relations, talent acquisition, health benefits, total rewards, and community engagement.

The HR Executive will establish, uphold, and assess compliance with human resources policies and best practices while identifying and implementing strategic talent management objectives.

This position reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities include overseeing strategic initiatives, policy formulation, talent acquisition and management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, training, and compliance with employment regulations.

Strategic Leadership:


Collaborates with executive leadership as a trusted advisor to foster a high-performance culture by implementing strategic talent acquisition, retention, and development programs aligned with our core business objectives.

Utilizes data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions and drive improvements.

Encourages HR teams to leverage analytics for informed decision-making regarding talent and organizational development.

Ensures alignment of HR strategies with the company's long-term goals.

HR Operations Management:


Oversees daily HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, payroll, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Establishes key HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives, using data to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership regularly.

Manages the HR budget effectively.

Implements competitive compensation and benefits structures, performance evaluations, and employee incentive programs.
Partners with plant directors to enhance ePac's community engagement initiatives, establishing frameworks to measure outcomes. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and best practices in talent management.

Talent Development:
Identifies key performance indicators for HR functions, assessing organizational success and market competitiveness based on these metrics.

Develops and executes talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, performance evaluation, and employee retention initiatives.

Encourages a culture of continuous learning and development.

Employee Relations:


Fosters a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring fair application of HR policies.

Conducts necessary investigations and provides guidance on disciplinary matters.

Compensation and Benefits Management:
Oversees the design and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.


Ensures alignment with industry standards, corporate budget, and employee satisfaction.


HR Technology Integration:


Stays informed about HR technology trends, identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, improve data analytics, and elevate the employee experience.


Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
Develops and implements DEI initiatives to cultivate an inclusive workforce.


Ensures equitable hiring practices, promotes diversity at all organizational levels, and fosters a culture of respect.


Employee Engagement and Culture Enhancement:
Creates and implements strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall experience.

Labor Relations:
Maintains positive relationships with labor unions and representatives, coordinating collective bargaining agreements, managing grievances, and participating in labor-management discussions.

Ensures compliance with union contracts and resolves disputes efficiently while collaborating with legal counsel and executive management to align strategies with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 10 years of relevant HR experience.

Experience managing multi-state payroll with a top-tier service provider is essential.

Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certifications are advantageous.

Experience in international environments is a plus.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Willingness to travel as needed.

Flexible scheduling may be required.
