- 5-7 years of industry experience in sustainability- and/or governance-focused roles (Stewardship teams, IR, Legal, Consulting, etc.), preferably including direct experience with financial institutions.
- Experience communicating with senior executives, clients, investors and/or external constituents.
- Strong judgement and decision-making ability.
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Broad awareness of current events, industry trends and regulatory environment.
- Ability to interact and build relationships with people across the firm at different levels of seniority.

Salary Range:
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
