As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our valet locations, ensuring 24/7 professional valet parking management, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patrons, receiving and distributing tickets, keys, and cash.
  • Develop a positive rapport with patrons and customers, promoting good customer relations and a can-do attitude.
  • Assist patrons into the client facility and provide a gracious sense of arrival.
  • Park and return customer vehicles upon request and as necessary in a timely manner.
  • Serve as a liaison to the company manager responsible for the shift, including in the event of accidents or incidents.
  • Sign and initial cash-out sheets and provide shift cash-out sheets to the company manager.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to produce and maintain an acceptable driving record and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Strong customer service experience and parking operations experience.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively, with a strong understanding of the English language.
  • Ability to work varying hours, including weekends, evenings, and nights.
