Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships effectively, focusing on both new and existing accounts to boost sales, revenue, and market presence while achieving specific sales targets. Typically, this role involves working with clients who have straightforward needs and moderate risk profiles, under close supervision.
  • With guidance, develop and maintain client relationships to enhance revenue generation and increase market share. This includes the origination, financial assessment, negotiation, and documentation of both credit and non-credit offerings.
  • Assess and manage risk/return profiles for new and existing clients, proactively identifying and addressing various risk factors, including regulatory, reputational, operational, and credit risks.
  • Engage with clients by providing tailored insights and solutions that align with their financial objectives, aiming to enhance client loyalty and engagement.
  • Establish a robust network of internal and external contacts, including community and industry connections, to attract new clients and expand existing relationships, thereby improving the overall client experience. Strive to present the full spectrum of PNC's offerings to clients.
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk by applying knowledge of credit principles and internal policies as defined by the business.
