Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Implementation Specialist to join our team at Shoes For Crews. As a key member of our Sales Business Development team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our corporate customers.

Your primary focus will be on the successful implementation of complex new customer engagements, as well as enhancing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with our Sales team, IT department, and customers to ensure a smooth and professional rollout of our corporate programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to internal and external customers through various communication platforms.
  • Build rapport with corporate customers to resolve inquiries or requests, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for our corporate program options, identifying and implementing account setup requirements.
  • Conduct onboarding/implementation training webinars for web portal customers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of administrative support, customer service, and relatable sales environment experience.
  • 2+ years of internal technical process experience.
  • 1+ year of project management experience.
  • Strong commitment to achieving personal growth and success.
