About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at First Horizon Bank. As a key member of our Private Banking team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and professional associations in the Attorney/Law Firm Practices and Healthcare Practices industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships.
  • Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management solutions to clients, including asset allocation, investment management, and credit and banking needs.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients.
  • Connect clients across all lines of business and ensure that proposed solutions fulfill clients' needs and objectives.
  • Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen.
  • Strong community presence with an established network.
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred.
  • Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses preferred.
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems.
  • Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills.
