Job Summary:

CBIZ, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Client Relationship Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute client retention strategies to meet or exceed retention goals
  • Coordinate and direct client activities within the client services team
  • Develop a deep understanding of client businesses and strategic priorities
  • Develop and execute renewal and marketing strategies in accordance with client instructions
  • Manage new client implementation processes
  • Provide expert analysis and deliver creative and practical solutions for clients
  • Lead and coordinate the evaluation of marketing results and develop recommendations for clients
  • Serve as a valued advisor to clients, building strategic and personal relationships with key decision-makers
  • Negotiate renewal actions with carriers based on client needs
  • Educate clients on applicable legislation and market trends
  • Closely monitor clients and provide innovative industry solutions in line with their business needs and goals
  • Identify and propose additional services to existing clients
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Property & Casualty license
  • Professional designations
  • Experience leading, mentoring, and developing a team
