Job Title: Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager

At First Horizon Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Private Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Private Banking group, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high net worth individuals and businesses, providing them with tailored financial solutions and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to acquire new clients and grow existing relationships
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services to clients
  • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver interdisciplinary expertise to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to ensure clients receive the best possible advice
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proven sales success and strong business acumen
  • Strong community presence with an established network
  • Experience or demonstrated understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
  • Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses preferred
  • Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
  • Dynamic and credible professional who communicates with clarity and has exceptional presentation skills
