About the Role
As a Boston After School Program Leader at Girlstart, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and educating girls in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through our innovative programs. This is a great opportunity to work directly with 4th-5th grade girls, empowering them in STEM activities and building their confidence.

We are seeking multiple After School Program Leaders to lead our fun, hands-on, STEM-focused After School programs across the Boston area. Our programs meet once a week for 1 hour and 15 minutes immediately after the school day, providing 20-25 girls with a free STEM enrichment program that encourages them to pursue paths to higher education and discover greater career opportunities.

As a successful candidate, you will have experience working with kids, be comfortable presenting to a group of girls, and possess strong time management skills. You will also be reliable, with a valid driver's license for at least 1 year, as driving to and from respective programs is required for the position.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
* Experience working with kids preferred
* Desire to empower and educate girls in STEM
* Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
* Comfortable presenting to a group of girls
* Strong time management skills
* Proficient using Google Drive apps
