Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Coordinator to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with developmental disabilities in leading productive lives as independently as possible.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients.
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to help individuals achieve their goals, in collaboration with clinical and management staff.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and medical guidelines to prevent harm or injury.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Basic computer and internet literacy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in human services is preferred but not required
  • Current First Aid Certification
  • CPR certification within one month of hire
  • Medication Administration certification within three months of hire

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
