About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of professionals in Construction Disputes and Advisory, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions that meet their expectations.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging the firm's collective expertise to win in the marketplace and serve clients' evolving needs.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple and complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Senior Managing Director to set strategy for the group, drive business growth, and enhance the firm's brand.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Possess strong technical skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, and specialized knowledge in construction management and project controls.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, project controls, or capital project consulting, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, with a strong understanding of business acumen, empathy, and mentoring skills.
