We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regional Construction Scheduler to join our team at Simplex Construction Management, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement construction schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with project teams, department staff, and stakeholders to build efficient working relationships and drive project success.
  • Utilize Primavera and MS Office Suite to manage and analyze project data, identify trends, and optimize scheduling processes.
  • Conduct schedule forensics and cost engineering to ensure accurate project cost estimates and minimize delays.
Requirements
  • Minimum eight (8) years of full-time paid professional experience in construction scheduling for an owner or general contractor, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and planning skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and department staff.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $147K - $168K, depending on individual qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, Simplex Construction Management, Inc. will only hire individuals lawfully authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
