Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement construction schedules for large-scale projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Collaborate with project teams, department staff, and stakeholders to build efficient working relationships and drive project success.
- Utilize Primavera and MS Office Suite to manage and analyze project data, identify trends, and optimize scheduling processes.
- Conduct schedule forensics and cost engineering to ensure accurate project cost estimates and minimize delays.
- Minimum eight (8) years of full-time paid professional experience in construction scheduling for an owner or general contractor, preferably in educational facilities or public works projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera Latest Version and MS Office Suite.
- Graduation from a recognized college or university with a bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with project teams and department staff.
The salary range for this position is $147K - $168K, depending on individual qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
