Position Overview

Location: Southern California

Number of Positions: 1

Compensation: Salary Range: $147,000 - $168,000

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling, preferably with an Owner or General Contractor in educational or public works projects.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and MS Office Suite.

Educational Background:

  • A bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.

OR

  • A bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with an additional two (2) years of relevant experience.

Key Competencies:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning skills.
  • Capability to foster effective working relationships with project teams and departmental personnel.
  • In-depth understanding of cost engineering principles, scheduling methodologies, and schedule analysis.

Compensation Details: The salary range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills.
