We're seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team at RingCentral, a leading provider of business cloud communications and contact center solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful lead follow-up and sales development experience at multiple executive levels within a small to medium-sized organization.

Familiarity with cloud-based software services is a plus, and the ability to utilize a consistent contact attempt process via phone, email, and chat to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads generated by marketing campaigns is essential.

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
