Cloud Infrastructure Developer

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Developer to join our dynamic team at AArete. As a Cloud Infrastructure Developer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of our cloud infrastructure and backend services on AWS. Your expertise in Terraform, Bitbucket Pipelines, Snowflake Data Warehouse, AWS Lambda functions, Kubernetes, Golang, service design, and various AWS services including SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, Textract, Bedrock, and managed Airflow will be invaluable in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang, focusing on scalability and performance.
  • Design and implement service-oriented architectures and microservices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define application requirements and implement solutions.
  • Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software systems, APIs, and processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in backend development.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement processes.

Requirements
  • Proven 5-10 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • For Backend Engineers: Proficiency in Golang and experience in developing backend services and APIs.
  • Experience with service design and microservices architecture.
  • Strong understanding of API Gateway, RESTful APIs, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with database technologies and data modeling.
