About the Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Outbound Sales team. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads generated by our marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to create sales-ready opportunities and drive revenue growth for RingCentral.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a consistent contact attempt process to follow-up, nurture, and qualify leads.
- Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure you're a trusted resource to prospects and customers.
- Follow our established pre-sales process and document prospect interactions to ensure efficient lead management.
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize phone time, including pre-call planning and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect type.
