Job Opportunity

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electro-mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex electro-mechanical systems and related products in our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble and test electro-mechanical systems and subassemblies using small hand and power tools.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly documentation and processes.
  • Participate in new product development efforts, working with incomplete documentation and assembly instructions.
  • Work closely with manufacturing engineers to enhance assembly efficiency, product quality, and reduce costs.
  • Follow work order protocols and complete work order paperwork accurately and promptly.
  • Train other technicians as needed and conduct in-process quality checks to maintain high standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
  • Test technician experience.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
