Electro-mechanical Assembly Specialist

Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electro-mechanical Assembly Technician to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex systems and related products in our manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test mechanical and electrical systems using small hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly documentation and processes.
- Participate in new product development efforts, working with incomplete documentation and assembly instructions.
- Work closely with manufacturing engineers to enhance assembly efficiency, product quality, and reduce costs.
- Train other technicians as needed and conduct in-process quality checks to maintain high standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in electrical mechanical assembly or a similar role.
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
- Proficient in using hand and power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
