Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with managers and partners on a range of projects, demonstrating your expertise in tax engagements.
  • Leading the preparation of tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, and Individuals, while also engaging in tax planning initiatives.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior staff, sharing your insights and fostering their professional development.
  • Providing essential business consulting services and conducting independent research on technical matters.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A licensed CPA or CPA candidate with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, or 2 years at a national CPA firm.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a talent for addressing complex issues.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a preference for a paperless work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as CCH Pro-Systems Engagement, CCH Axcess Tax, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker who is committed to going the extra mile when necessary.
  • A collaborative team player with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and growth.
