Your Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with managers and partners on diverse projects, demonstrating your expertise in tax-related engagements.
  • Lead the preparation of tax returns for Partnerships, Corporations, and Individuals, while also engaging in tax planning initiatives.
  • Mentor and support junior staff, sharing your insights and fostering their professional development.
  • Provide valuable business consulting services and conduct independent research on complex technical issues.

Qualifications We Seek:

  • A licensed CPA or CPA candidate with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience, or 2 years at a national CPA firm.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with a talent for resolving intricate challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, thriving in a digital environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as CCH Pro-Systems Engagement, CCH Axcess Tax, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online.
  • A detail-oriented multitasker who is committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • A collaborative team player with a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
