About The Role
As a Tax Resolution Specialist at Fresh Tax Solutions, you will play a vital role in guiding our clients through their tax resolution journey. This is more than just a sales position—it's an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, helping clients find solutions that improve their financial futures. We are looking for a motivated and solution-oriented consultant who is eager to grow both professionally and personally.
What You'll Do
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, handling both inbound and outbound leads.
- Use engaging scripts to educate potential clients about our services, showcasing the benefits and value we provide.
- Tailor your communication style to connect with clients and meet their specific needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of our programs and services to offer personalized solutions.
- Drive new business growth through proactive outbound calls and emails.
- Maximize client value by identifying upsell opportunities and reinforcing the benefits of our services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
- Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied and progressing with their agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Apply a consultative approach to explain how our solutions can meet client needs.
- Efficiently manage your schedule to consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management, contributing to our team's success.
What You'll Need To Have
- At least 2 years of experience in tax resolution.
- A strong drive for success and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
