As a key member of iCapital's International Client Solutions team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with banks, independent brokers, dealers, family offices, and small institutions across Latin America. This role requires a strong understanding of the alternative investments industry and its key stakeholders, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

About the Role
  • You will assist the lead coverage team and our partner, Unicorn Strategic Partners, in pitching new business opportunities and preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and platform demonstrations.
  • You will work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure that new clients and advisors are properly trained to use the platform and receive adequate hands-on support during their first trades.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be $90,000 to $105,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including an employer-matched retirement plan, generous healthcare benefits, parental leave, and unlimited paid time off (PTO).

Responsibilities
  1. Pitching new business opportunities and preparing RFPs and platform demonstrations.
  2. Assisting in the development and management of key relationships with clients and prospects.
  3. Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing support.
  4. Communicating feedback from clients and prospects within the organization to improve delivery of solutions and the overall client experience.
