As a Business Development Specialist at GLG, you will work with our team to address the expert witness needs of our law firm clients. Your primary responsibility will be phone-based outreach and relationship development. You will work alongside members of Client Solutions teams to drive opportunities from start to finish, culminating in increased adoption and usage of GLG's services across national and global client accounts.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the confidence to contact associates and partners at leading law firms and government agencies, and the tenacity to repeatedly follow up to sell our services and win business.

The role involves full-cycle sales, including sourcing leads, performing various types of outreach, and pitching GLG's business model. You will create and manage phone and email campaigns to connect with existing and prospective users. Additionally, you will partner with senior members of the Client Solutions team to develop and deliver nuanced expert solutions for GLG's law firm and in-house counsel clients.

A successful Business Development Specialist must have excellent time management and prioritization skills. You should have 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably in law or professional services. A Bachelor's or higher degree (or equivalent work experience) is required. Familiarity with Salesforce and PowerPoint is a plus but not necessary.
