About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Partner Sales Manager to join our team at Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. This role will be responsible for growing our indirect channel with key focus partners in support of Genesys' revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Nurture strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
  • Lead sales enablement to Partner Sellers on products, processes, and sales tools
  • Align regional sales organizations with relevant partners through targeted demand generation and alignment activities
  • Manage relationships with partners to ensure opportunity, pipeline, and deal flow required to meet revenue targets
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales management and sales experience
  • Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships
  • CX, CCaaS, or AI experience is a plus
  • Understanding of opportunity qualification, leading a sales cycle, and accurate forecasting
  • Interface at all organizational levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams
  • Extremely strong organizational and time management skills
  • BS or BA degree or equivalent work-related work experience
