Job Summary

Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team on a part-time basis. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring effective communication with the healthcare team.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, collaborating with family members and other healthcare professionals as necessary.
  • Provide direct nursing care, administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on health management.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, contributing to patient care planning and goal setting.
  • Document patient care and progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license, with ability to become Arizona licensed within 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong background in neurology and telemetry care.
