Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Neuro Telemetry PRN Days Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Minimum of One (1) year as an RN.
