Job Summary

Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital is seeking a skilled Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team on a part-time day shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Neuro Telemetry unit, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout their hospital stay.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring that each patient receives individualized attention and care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, ensuring a smooth transition to post-acute care.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification, with additional certifications as required by individual department.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a Neuro Telemetry setting.
