Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RN Neuro Telemetry Nurse to join our team at Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in our Neuro Telemetry unit.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, and communicate with the healthcare team as needed.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
  • Provide education to patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of experience as an RN in a Neuro Telemetry unit.
