Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Telemetry team at Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital. As a Neuro Telemetry RN, you will provide direct patient care to critically ill patients with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex patient needs.
  • Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among healthcare team members.
  • Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure a smooth transition to post-acute care.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Preferred certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), or others as required by individual department.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Preferred: Bachelors of Science in Nursing.
