About the Role

As a Neuro Telemetry Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to individuals with complex neurological conditions. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and managing patients' conditions, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring seamless transitions of care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Assess and document patient conditions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, fostering a culture of compassion and respect.
Requirements
  • Current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification and others as required by individual department.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Minimum of One (1) year as an RN in a Neuro Telemetry or Critical Care setting.
