As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be an integral part of our elite team of sellers bringing customized, white glove experiences directly to customers' doors. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers and introduce the latest technology and services.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with potential customers daily to offer hands-on demos, WiFi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.
  • Closing deals by utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Maintaining a valid driver's license, as you will be provided with a company car.
  • Working a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

To succeed in this role, we require:

  • Prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets.
  • The ability to work independently in the field, with coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning opportunities available.

Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $40,300 - $49,972 per year, plus up to $20,000 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, overachieving those goals can result in top sellers earning $71,029 per year.
