We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will qualify leads using the BANT Method, manage a robust sales pipeline and attend trade shows. To be successful in this role, you will oversee sales performance reports, utilize CRM tools effectively, and ensure accurate tracking of sales activities while demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking with a customer service approach. You will be required to work in the office 3 days a week and will be able to work remotely from your home 2 days a week. This role does require travel up to 30% for client meetings and to attend events.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly revenue targets
- Implement BANT qualification to ensure leads are qualified effectively from the second month
- Achieve predetermined amount of BANT qualified meetings per month
Revenue Achievement
- Build a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth
- Achieve quarterly revenue targets
Lead Generation & Trade Show Management
- Develop a comprehensive lead generation strategy that includes attending events and trade shows
- Provide detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans for sales activities including budget and travel estimates to your manager
- Oversee the budget for traveling and attending events to maximize ROI
CRM Management & Reporting
- Provide weekly performance reports for covering sales performance, pipeline status, and achievements
- Manage CRM tools to accurately track leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Monitor effectiveness of sales processes and identify areas for improvement
Key Result Areas (KRA) / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Meet or exceed the KPIs for BANT Meetings, Revenue Targets, Lead Generation & Event Management, and CRM Efficiency & Reporting

Experience and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, client acquisition, and lead generation, preferably in eCommerce, digital marketing services sales, or related field
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
- Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations
- New Business Development (cold call, prospecting, follow up), Lead Generation, and Business Communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships and stay updated with industry trends and competitor offers to better position the company’s services
- Skilled in using CRM tools (e.g., FreshSales) for managing leads and tracking sales activities
- Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and digital marketing services
Schedule Expectations
- Willing to travel domestically for client visits, sales conferences, and trade shows; approximately 30%
- Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 days remote; Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Position Type, Work Environment and Physical Demands
This is a full-time, salary and commission based, exempt position that predominantly operates from a professional home office environment routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, and scanners and requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer. While performing the duties of this job, the individual will be required to regularly hear and talk. This is a largely sedentary role requiring the ability to sit at a desk, reach outward, use a phone, have use of fingers to operate office equipment such as a keyboard, mouse, phone, printer, copier, and to reach above the head, bend, or stand as necessary.
