Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to become a part of our team at Bill Pearce Motors in the role of Customer Service Representative.


Position Summary:

This full-time hourly position is situated within the automotive sector. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service to our esteemed clientele, addressing their questions and concerns, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our offerings.


Compensation & Benefits:

This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, with pay distributed biweekly. Alongside financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels.
  • Deliver prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries in an efficient manner.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately address customer questions.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and promote a positive company image.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
