Position Overview:
Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing activities and resources for designated projects.
Establish and implement project management methodologies to ensure that project requirements are met efficiently, within budgetary constraints, in compliance with established standards, and within designated timelines.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in project management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operational aspects of projects and their scope. Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and establish parameters, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
Develop project plans and cost estimates, making adjustments as necessary; identify and allocate resources while prioritizing tasks to meet objectives.
Align project activities with organizational goals; ensure that project outcomes contribute to the overall success of the organization.Coordinate the creation of policies and procedures to fulfill project requirements.
Engage with relevant parties to address issues, maintain progress, and foster collaboration among stakeholders to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

This role may require occasional extended hours, travel to offsite locations, and tasks subject to significant seasonal or clinical volume changes. Frequent work output is subject to precise measures of quantity and quality, with occasional lifting and carrying of up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, crouching, driving, kneeling, pushing/pulling, reaching, constant sitting, frequent standing, occasional twisting, and frequent walking.
