Position Title: Project Manager


Role Overview:
EMCOR Government Services is looking for a Project Manager to oversee operations in a critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for the site, available around the clock, responsible for performance and empowered to resolve contractual matters.
  • Manage preventive maintenance and repair activities for essential electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Direct site operations, including work schedules and subcontractor management, ensuring compliance with service demands, objectives, and safety standards.
  • Oversee project staffing, conduct performance assessments, and address disciplinary matters.
  • Engage regularly with the Site Facility Manager and clients to review operations, performance metrics, project timelines, and financial aspects.
  • Prepare and submit performance reports and evaluations.
  • Coordinate activities that may affect site operations, including utility outages, in collaboration with facility management.
  • Supervise project work related to equipment repair and replacement, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project scope.
  • Maintain configuration management documentation for mechanical systems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to implement adjustments to site infrastructure for Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) purposes.


Qualifications:

  • Must hold a TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural design, or business from an accredited institution.
  • At least 12 years of experience in management roles with similar responsibilities; 8 years in a related engineering or business field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required; proven skills in cost control, budgeting, planning, and leadership.
  • Experience managing personnel, including working with labor unions and service employees under the Service Contract Act.
  • Strong technical expertise in facilities maintenance and operations, particularly in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and data center management.
