Qualifications for the Project Manager:

  1. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the glazing sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
  2. In-depth technical knowledge of glazing systems, facade installation, and associated construction practices.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
  4. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Proficient in project management software and tools.
  6. Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  7. Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
  8. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  9. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
