Qualifications for the Project Manager:
- Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in the glazing sector, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
- In-depth technical knowledge of glazing systems, facade installation, and associated construction practices.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to motivate and coordinate teams effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.
