About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate III to join our team at Tapestry's Grapevine Mills store in Grapevine, Texas. As a Sales Associate III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Build credibility and trust with customers by staying current with market competition, industry trends, and customer shopping behaviors.
  • Sales Strategies: Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective sales strategies, clienteling, and sourcing new customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of current collections and product offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Support a collaborative and inclusive team environment, working closely with peers and supervisors to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work a flexible schedule, and proficiency in cash register systems and basic computer skills.
