Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • A passion for customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
